Education for Better Money Habits

We Started Where You Are Now

Back in 2019, three of us sat in a cramped office in Auburn, frustrated with how complicated money advice always seemed. Everything was either too technical or too simplistic.

We thought there had to be a middle ground. A way to talk about finances that didn't require a business degree but also didn't treat people like they couldn't handle real information.

That's how veradioxel began. Not with a grand vision, but with a simple question: what if financial education felt more like a conversation and less like a lecture?

How We Got Here

The first year was rough, honestly. We tried running traditional workshops and quickly realized people didn't need another seminar. They needed ongoing support and practical tools they could actually use.

So we pivoted. Started focusing on habit formation instead of information dumps. Built smaller groups where people could ask questions without feeling judged. Added follow-up sessions because real change doesn't happen in a single afternoon.

By mid-2021, we'd found our rhythm. Our approach wasn't revolutionary—it was just consistent, realistic, and focused on what actually helps people build better money habits over time.

  • 2019 Founded in Auburn with focus on accessible financial education
  • 2021 Shifted to habit-based learning after participant feedback
  • 2023 Expanded to include workplace financial wellness programs
  • 2025 Now supporting over 800 individuals across Western Sydney

What Guides Our Work

These aren't corporate values we put on a wall. They're the principles that came from working with hundreds of people trying to figure out their finances.

Plain Language Always

Financial jargon exists, sure. But we translate it. If someone leaves a session confused about terminology, that's on us—not them. Complex ideas can be explained clearly when you make the effort.

Progress Over Perfection

Nobody's financial situation transforms overnight. We focus on small, sustainable changes that compound over time. It's less dramatic but way more effective than dramatic overhauls that don't stick.

Real Support Systems

Learning happens in community. We keep groups small and encourage questions. The best insights often come from participants sharing their own experiences—not from us lecturing at the front of a room.

How We Actually Work With People

Our programs run over several months because building new habits takes time. We meet regularly, check in on progress, and adjust strategies based on what's working.

Practical Learning Structure

We cover the fundamentals—budgeting, saving, debt management, basic investing. But we do it gradually, with space between sessions for people to actually implement what they're learning.

Each session includes group discussion, individual check-ins, and specific action steps. Not homework, exactly. More like experiments to try before we meet again.

  • Bi-weekly sessions spread over 4-6 months
  • Small group sizes for meaningful discussion
  • Follow-up support through email and check-in calls
  • Practical tools and templates you can customize
